I found Braemore Letting excellent to deal with. Helen was particularly amazing at finding a rental property that suited me, she made the whole process so easy and pleasant. She and the team couldn't have done more to help! I would use this firm as my go to for any future rentals. Cannot recommend Helen and her team highly enough. Excellent experience. Just starting tenancy. So far it has been good, easy and painless process. Only one star off due to the windows not being cleaned on the start date of occupancy. I will come back to the review over time. Our tenancy advisor, Sonny, was attentive and efficient. Edit 1: They cleaned the windows the next day. Adjusted rating accordingly. Edit 2: Six months in. I lowered the rating to three stars due to a lack of attention to details in the place. I have asked about that a few times, and they did fix a few of the details, but I shouldn't have to invest my time sending mail after mail. So far the experience hasn't been terrible, but it definitively could improve.

It has been wonderful dealing with Braemore Lettings to secure our new rental property. In particular, Paul Davis was incredibly kind and generous with his time, really going the extra mile to help us in our search. Of all the viewings we have attended and all the companies we've been in conversation with recently, Paul at Braemore has been outstanding, and we are exceedingly grateful!

Our experience with Braemore wouldn’t have been the same without our property manager, Olivia, she was incredibly helpful and attentive. Olivia was always generous with her time and handled any issues as quickly as she could. Past two years have been easy going all thanks to her!

I have been in my flat for 2 years now and can say Braemore are great! Olivia especially has dealt with all my issues brilliantly, responded quickly and is very down to earth which has made the whole process much easier for me and my flat mate so thank you so much! Being a student, I have found it difficult to get flats in the past and when I have the letting agencies have been either very rude or constantly visiting unannounced but Braemore have been so understanding and never bothered us! I would definitely recommend finding a flat with this company, especially if you are a student!

Paul and his colleagues at Braemore were responsive to my queries when looking for a flat to rent in Edinburgh, and were quick and flexible in setting up viewings. Paul, was friendly, well-informed on the properties and the area, and helpful in talking us through the application process. My partner and I are very happy with the flat we've now found as a result.

Renting with Braemore was an ideal experience for several reasons. Firstly, our property manager, Rachel, was always very helpful and very quick to respond to any need we had. Secondly, the actual viewing of the property prior to renting was fab. Paul was absolutely fantastic in showing us round the property. Professional, enigmatic and very helpful, the viewing was a great experience, as was the subsequent renting of the property. We had no issues at all and were really impressed by the great service from Braemore.

We recently secured a flat in the Marchmont area through Braemore Sales & Lettings. As soon as I called with a note of interest they set me up very quickly with a viewing. Paul Davis, our lettings negotiator was just incredible, what a character. One of our flat mates was missing for the viewing so he even let us view the property a second time so we could have full assurance that it was the flat for us! Cannot recommend him enough! When it came to the admin part, we were liaising with Gill Robertson Cree who was super helpful and just lovely over email! Overall, after renting through various agents in Edinburgh for the last 5 years this experience was by far the best; a very smooth process and genuinely wonderful employees at Braemore. 10/10 recommend!
