After my Dad suffered a fall downstairs early on Saturday eve 30/11/19. From the emergency staff attending him at home to A&E, the ward 27 staff after admission and the consultants involved at both BRI and Leeds Infirmary. All I can say is a BIG THANK YOU. You are all STARS! This hospital was clearly stretched in every sense of the word but this did not stop them delivering an EXCELLENT and polite service. Nothing was missed. Yes we were there all night but some of this was about observations, x-ray's and a CT scan, all of which takes time to carry out. Also some priority was given to babies which is normal and as it should be. I wish I could do more than just say THANK YOU. Hope you can all find some time to be with your loved ones this Christmas. MERRY CHRISTMAS. You ALL deserve it. X

The medical procedures are excellent. Stretching a point, one could almost make the same claim for the culinary endeavours. Insofar as, the specie have yet to be invented, who could claim to like it.

The care and attention I and my husband have had this last year had been nothing short of amazing! From the greeters to the consultants we have received nothing but kindness and professionalism, and all done under severe staffing pressures no doubt. Way to go BRI (and St Lukes) you are truly doing a great job given the constraints you must work under.

My daughter gave birth to a baby girl two days ago, the whole team who looked after her and my granddaughter were absolutely brilliant, and whatever they get paid is nowhere near enough.

Saw a triage nurse called Shauna Power. Best nurse we’ve ever seen, helped us out with my wife’s urgent requirements. A shining light within an otherwise stretched and subsequently bleak NHS in my opinion.

Dislocated my shoulder a few weeks ago. They had it back in within half an hour. They've followed up with some excellent physio etc. from some really knowledgeable and friendly people. Feel very fortunate to live in a country where I can get all this for free. Thank you guys.

This is the best hospital by far in my experience, I had a server preeclampsia and as soon as I arrived in hospital I was attended urgently with so much care, doctors and nurses were very caring and polite. I gave birth to a healthy baby girl through emergency c-section and I was supported throughout the pains and struggle of the operation. I was also supported with breastfeeding my baby girl as I’m a first time mom. Our family was treated with kindness, respect and care. I could go on and on, all I want to say is a big thank you to the NICU team their the best.
