I called this company after finding it on the three best rated site, when something breaks you look for someone who is knowledgeable , honest and fair , having found Richard on this site and contacting him , he soon returned my call and was really helpful and courteous. Came out next morning to fix and service my garage door after the cables had snapped, did a brilliant job at a very reasonable price. I your looking for someone with these qualities , I cannot recommend him enough , he is local genuine, honest and fair ... this is defo the person to ring

I am not at all surprised that Richard gets 5 star reviews. This guy comes from a forgotten era where all tradesmen were honest and hard working. I asked Richard to replace two motors on our twin garage and he did an extremely professional job and went the extra mile making sure my garage doors were adjusted to close much better than they did before. He didn’t have to do this but it would have upset him not to. Do not hesitate to employ this guy! He is a diamond.

Richard was called out to replace the lock on my garage only for plans to change at the last minute after he had arrived. He was extremely punctual, professional and friendly throughout, and did not charge me for the call out, which was much appreciated. When I eventially do get round to replacing that lock I'll be contacting him again!

Richard was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I rang to explain the issue we had with the garage door. He was able to come within a couple of days and the door was fixed and fully serviced and now opens and shuts perfectly. I would recommend Richard to anyone!!

My up and over garage door cables had snapped. I Rang Richard 8.15 Monday morning and by 10.30 Tuesday my garage door was repaired. Excellent service at a very reasonable cost. I am highly delighted and would recommend to anyone. Thank you Richard!

After I broke my garage door and needing constant access to it, I emailed Richard to come and give me a quote on repair. He replied quickly and before we knew it he was at our door to assess what I'd done. He had all the equipment and parts to repair straight away!
