I visited Bradford Audi for my car’s first service. I bought my car from Sheffield Audi, but didn’t want to travel all the way back there. I was introduced to Sarah. From start to finish she was great to deal with.she had a problem registering my car but still booked it in for the next day. Sarah later that day rang me to let me know everything had been solved, great. The following day she kept me informed right up to picking my car up. I also liked the video I was sent through e mail about my service. Well done Bradford Audi.

There is no doubt, I'm always made to feel special and important by every member of staff here. Such attention to detail, care and consideration. This is how to do customer service. Admittedly, this is not a cheap place, no Audi dealer is, and sometimes I shop about for better pricing (£600+ for brakes and disks?!) but when I have to use Audi, I come here. 5* service but 3* for pricing.

Needed a small part for my car and called in today and spoke with Graham in the parts department. A more professional, friendly chap you could not wish to meet, an absolute gentleman. He couldn't have been more helpful. Sorted me the part I needed, offered helpful advice and was also happy to assist with pricing up some other parts for the future. I will be back, thanks again.

I recently bought a new car from Bradford Audi, the two salesmen who dealt with me were very helpful and professional in their manner. The whole procedure was explained fully to me nothing was too much trouble for them, they put my wife and myself at ease making the whole experience interesting and enjoyable. I was very pleased with the service I received at this garage and would not hesitate to recommend anyone wishing to purchase a new car to try this garage as the staff and service are first class.

Over the years I’ve dealt with BMW and Mercedes dealers when looking for a new car. Bradford Audi have in my experience taken customer service and satisfaction to a whole new level. Well, what a refreshing change! A really high quality team that are committed to giving you as a customer the best experience that they can. Bought a car for our son last week and it was excellent. Communication was consistently first rate and appreciation for our custom genuine. The team work to have a long term relationship and we will certainly be coming back.
