Very good store overall. We wanted a piece of wood cutting but that service wasn't operating which was a shame so we had to leave it. Very good burger stall outside store, delicious would highly recommend it, worth a visit just for this!

Mot the best for stock availability m staff few n far between in store only 2 on checkout but 2 outside manning trucks n trolleys supposed to be cleaning the used ones on return and I would think helping n advising customers on procedures but were just talking and ignoring the customers.

For the umpteenth time I have been overcharged at B&Q, this time by £18. My advice is to always check your reciept before leaving the store. It's a shame because the products I bought are of good quality, and I would have given them a better rating if it wasn't for the overcharging, which happens far too much for my liking.
