Honestly one of the worst customer service regarding returning defected items. I have bought a defected item and they could not return it due to their lack of trust for their customers. 1 star for the helpful staff and wide collections. but 0 stars for customer service management.

A kind gent called TY in the paint section taught me so much today, he was really helpful and spent good time with us. Given he was poorly I really appreciated his help today. Went on another day to purchase my bathroom was helped throughout by member of staff called Drew was really happy with the level of service received.

The store closes at 8pm I was the for 7.20pm and louise wasnt very happy about it. I called her about 10times!! She could clearly hear me but chose to ignore me. She needs a new job b&q! I'll be emailing the CEO, not happy with the service at all! The other staffs were really helpful. I thing she need to get a new job.

I went here with my dad to get some plastering board never had any trouble from b and q until this day we had paid for these plastering boards . While loading the van a man from b and q had accused us quite aggressively of stealing a small roll . We said ok search us and my van he said no . We said call the police however he didn’t want too . We said show us the CCTV . Once saying this he replied “ I don’t have to show you anything.” We said check the van and us if you do I will give u £1000 pounds . This is because we were 100% because we knew we hadn’t stole anything we did not get an apology or anything . We didn’t even get his name so we could file a complaint . He also threatened to take the van keys from my dads hand because of my dad saying search the van and back up your accusation . We however had got a apology from a different staff member however it should not have been him to apologise on the other guys behalf. Will not be shopping here anymore . Do not Recommend!

Doesn't accept AMEX... Waste of time going

Huge site, well stocked, unfortunately I always find myself hunting up and down isles for simple items. Search help points, where you type in what you are looking for, located around the site would be a huge benefit.

Would recommend this store to anyone, came in without knowing exactly what I wanted but with Ruth's guidance (I'm sure that's her name) I left a very happy customer! Thank you again Ruth.

Overcharged for a pair of work gloves at B&Q, they scanned expensive set twice when I bought a cheap second pair. I noticed after going home but on my next visit they wouldn't refund the difference and generally had poor attitude towards my problem. Also I've been overcharged here on other occasions too (where thankfully I was refunded when I noticed at the till) so ALWAYS check your receipt carefully at the till if you go.

Went for wallpaper hanging tools. Good variety available. Price reasonable as some of them came in packs.

Came to get some outside solar lights which they didn't have. Drove half an hour each way for nothing.
