***UPDATE***Again went into this store few days ago enquiring about decorative garden stone. Spoke to Luke in the builders yard & he was SO cheerful & helpful, he even made the effort of finding us in a different isle to inform us about delivery charges- once again GREAT customer service. Went into B&Q Trafford looking at 'Ring' doorbells. Spoke to an older male assistant named Malcolm & NOTHING was too much trouble for him, even tho he was busy stacking shelves. He told us they weren't on display due to security reasons, without being asked he got us one straightaway & directed us to where there were others for us to compare. He is what Customer Service is all about ( & with a smile!!!)

Some amazing staff at this store. I was blown away by the customer service of Julie Tate who helped me sort out a kitchen even though it's not her job. It was really stressful but she made it feel so much easier. Also Bruce from the kitchen department was a real gem with his amazing assistance and knowledge. Staff like those two are real diamonds. Thank you!!!!
