I popped in today to buy a mechanical timer, some bedding plants, and came out with a timer, primroses, pansies and an artificial tree for indoors and outdoors. I saw the golden tree on display but this store had sold out of this item. The cashier kindly suggested the Display Manager could dismantle the display model for me which he duly did without any fuss and even found the original box. I was wished a Happy Christmas too! Today the customer service was excellent and I'm very pleased with my purchases.

Very good service. The staff members were kind and prepared to answer my questions, as I didn't know almost anything about painting and advised me to to buy the right stuff, eventhough it made me spend less money than I would before talking to them.

Staff are always extremely helpful. I can't praise them enough. I barely touched a paintbrush prior to the pandemic. Thanks to a great sales team, they have helped me with everything Ive needed for each project I've completed over the past 18 months. They have always been approachable, friendly and if they didn't have an answer they always made sure to find someone that did know. Also need to mention that I've been fortunate enough to redecorate most room in the house purely on clearance products or even 'free to take' items behind the tills (with a donation In the charity collection box). Have just finished fitting a new kitchen on a small budget and we're delighted with it. I got 90% of it from B&Q and the rest online. If wasn't for these guys I would never have know where to start with the plumbing or electrics in the kitchen. Big thanks !!!!
