B&Q belfast

I visited the store today to purchase some items, after talking with a few staff members none of them could find the items I was looking for (seemed more like they couldn't be bothered searching and were just wanting to stand around doing nothing) managed to find one staff member who went above and beyond making sure I had my items and knew all my choices that the store offered, he even helped me get some of the items off the shelves due to me being an older gentleman, the staff members name was ryan, tall tan fella with brown hair Absolutely wonderful staff member and really made me feel welcomed at the store where as the other staff members are clearly trying their luck getting paid without doing any work, b&q are extremely lucky to have him as part of their crew in this day and age

Good store but express checkout only taking card payments is a negative point

Good quick service. I was just in to buy and have a piece of wood cut. The gentleman at the cutting machine was very efficient and gave me some good advice on sizing.

Spoke to 4 different members of staff who were all incredibly helpful patient and happy to help.

I love this store I get so much help from the lovely staff nothing is to much trouble for them.

Your staff member Ryan has problem with foreigners apparently. I can be 10 times daily there and he will be rude every time. Last time he went too far accusing me for stealing the item that I collected on click and collect and he run behind me shouting “open your bag!” All people around thought i’m a thief!! I was never so embarrassed in my life.. after I proved him that i paid for all items he even didn’t say ‘sorry’ ! I’ll made an official grievance against this guy seriously, he better wash his greasy hairs and be nicer for customers.

Pleasant staff, not too busy, hot what I wanted with no hassle.
