Wow... shocking facilities!!! Do not stop for a pee here!!!

Standard BP station. Nothing special but after driving nearly empty on A64 you will love it. They have coffee and small shop so it's a good place to stop.

Good service but the drive in off the A64 needs to be better illuminated.

Went in at 3pm saturday 7th july and tge assistant that was on is so rude!! Not tge first time ive been served by him,he needs to learn some customer service skills.not one word uttered,headphones on,smiled at him and he lifted his euebrows like there was something wrong with me,obviously not happy doing what hes doing. Really no need for it. Get someone who can smile and at least say thankyou.

Well positioned for a stop off on the a64 for a pee break and a Big Mac.

No lights at all to show where the entrance is to here. Took us on a 20 minute diversion down country lanes and single track lanes just to get back on the A64 with no stop at the service station for petrol or toilets. Great facilities… not

I've been filling my van up every day here for the past 5 days, and the toilet is still broken.. shocking,, a big company like BP and you've not fixed it...

Today on my way home from a weekend away we stopped off to fill up & get a few snacks. I dropped my wallet and only noticed when I got home 40 mile away. I called to see if anyone had found it & they said they had found it. I asked if they could kindly post it to me as it is such a long way & also there was £15 in it which would have paid for postage but it was just a straight NO. Just thought they would be kind enough to a customer to try sorting something out. They did say next time im passing my £15 will be waiting. Ordered all other cards but Covid vacation card was also in there which I would like to have with me at all times.

No truck parking and no sign on entrance to say this.

Called would of used shop etc but no parking signs and £100 fine if I parked so it's a good job it's got a roundabout! Call ONLY if your desperate. I did call for fuel months ago and found staff poor to deal with.
