Not too sure why all the negativity on this garage. I stopped by today for some fuel as I’ve been working nearby and I was impressed. I mean yeah ok there were a few cages about the place as staff were re-stocking but in general I thought the shop looked good. As I walked in I was treated to a lively smile from the lady behind the counter which was nice, along with a great attitude when I came to pay - she can serve me any day! The forecourt itself is large with plenty of room for those who are not great drivers (we’ve all seen them at petrol stations, think their Kia is a tank..) plus there’s additional parking to the side if you’re just grocery shopping. All in all a decent service station and shop!

When is this garage and shop going to be cleaned. The bins outside are never emptied and are often overflowing the forecourt is never cleaned up after spillages there are never any gloves or paper towels😞 The shop is dirty and never tidy. The shelves are never stocked properly and above all, sadly, the staff need basic training, they are all nice but won’t do anything above their pay grade. The owner needs to understand basic customer service includes all of the above plus a little more👍

Sadly, all the bad reviews for this place are correct. Mostly the staff are pleasant enough but the 'gentleman' serving on a Sunday is rude, surly and abrupt. No manners whatsoever and very chippy. Quite frankly, if working at this establishment is such a chore he should seek employment elsewhere.
