I haven’t come across such bad customer service in a BP petrol station before. Bad language and attitude. Such a shame for BP to have recruited staff like that to be representing their brand.

Think twice if u want to come here when it is raining. You can't avoid getting wet on any 4 of the machines. Water directly pouring through the pillars holding the roof. It was quite heavy on the day I was there, so certain level of rain may have got into my fuel tank. Although it is probably not enough to cause any damage it still adds a bit of uncertainty on the road. I was so worried about those water pouring towards my fuel tank so I didn't fill the full tank and just left. Also I was soaked. I am not sure who needs to pay to get this repaired, but it is definitely not something u want to see under a premium brand like BP. However it will only damage the reputation of this station but not other BP. So I guess it will be the shop manager s work to do. I have given u one star, as I don't expect much from a petrol station really, but getting soaked while filling half of my tank is probably too much out of the expectation.
