Quality products all the time consistent

The staff have no customer service skills iv been spoken to disrespectfuly when i asked a question, they are not helpful and very disorganised.

Today I went to get my car washed at the BP Station and my car decided to pack up while I am in the Car Wash. By this time Oni one staff members came and helped me and he also brought his work colleague Lee and they both jumped started my car. Thank you Oni and Lee for helping me and make sure I drive off safely.

Everything is perfect apart from the toilets ! BP YOU NEED TO CLEAN YOUR TOILET MORE OFTEN AS IT STINKS !

Good pump and sevices

Good location, near McDonald's, and a good M&S store with a large assortment.

Well laid out petrol station with plenty of pumps. Car wash, air, screen wash and electric charge pumps are also available. Shop contains M&S Simply Food which has a wide range of fresh and frozen foods. Prices are very similar to high street for most options. Lots of multibuy offers are available in store. Station accepts BPme payment and you can also order via click and collect.

Only 2 EV chargers that are constantly in use and never available because black taxis and uber drivers are constantly using them! Other people need to charge their cars too!!!!

The staff are polite, but unwilling or unable to go out of their way to provide the services and offers they are offering when they encounter a problem; such as running out of membership cards required to process a special offer. Disappointing level of customer service found when I tried to join the club!
