After15 years of everyday use, I've stopped going in there. The staff are lovely, friendly and helpf

After15 years of everyday use, I've stopped going in there. The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful but they are held back by the usual corporate greed. A garage that is also a wild bean coffee shop, a Marks and Spencer and more recently - a deliveroo provider. As a result, a constant queue. The last time I went in there - waited over ten mins to get to till, ordered a coffee and then waited whilst the cashier continued to serve three more people before even putting my coffee on. That was the last straw for me. With my fuel, that's £120 a week less that garage will be getting from me. I will not allow BP profits to rise at the cost of my time.
