Shop open 24hrs and got 24hrs licence for alcohol . beautiful store well merchandise just offers you everything you may need as morning goods, Fresh products also got a Costa and carwash. Great customer service and no queue. Great all over.

Car wash was really poor, complained but was dismissed and no refund. I returned for a Calor gas refill a few days later( local store was out of stock and £5 cheaper), paid up and was left standing on the forecourt for 14 minutes whilst they hunted for keys. Meanwhile the forecourt and shop is now rammed. Then the same person I complained to above pulled up in his car. He had the keys and offered no apology. In fact he just grinned at me without sayings a word - he thought it funny and walked off!! Then I noticed that the car wash has been totally replaced with brand new machinery! Needless to say I will not be returning to this overpriced place, with this downright rude individual. If the management should read this, I have a photograph of the person in question. Mike B

Do not allow the attendants to remove your aerial . They removed mine and no need to do so and now I have no radio or central locking as they didn’t replace it properly. I am soooo upset . It needs to be fixed by BP I have sent an email, no response as yet and I will take legal advice as the attendants should not touch your car if they have no idea what they are doing PLEASE respond . I was told I would be contacted and nothing ? Tried to send an email and it bounced back…

I used to go here all the time but never again! Today a member of staff saw me backing in to the vacuum area and suddenly decided he needed to move to stand, using a leaf blower, blocking my entry. Then when he finally moved the vacuum ate my money and didn't work. I then thought at least I can clean my car, but no that was far too much to expect! This too ate my money and didn't work. I hate complaining but this takes the biscuit! Its a shame I can't leave a 0 star review!

They sell raspberries with mold and say there it's nothing wrong with the fruit and say it's your fault because you didn't put on the fridge. Never go there again.

I had to stop here today, but never again. Staff not wearing masks, customers not putting masks on until in the shop. No choice but to go down small Isles and staff re stock trolley's in the way forcing customers to literally brush past each other. One elderly gentleman was too scared to go in so I got his shopping for him whilst he waited outside, absolutely terrible and I will only return next week to get evidence of the situation sk that I can raise it will both BP and Budgens.

Got rid of the electrical car charging point, very stupid idea of getting rid just for two parking spaces
