Good evening, I had a very bad service in this petrol station bp from a member of staff today about 13:30. This member of staff was so rude against my partner and me. My partner went to this petrol station to return an amazon parcel and he started to shout at her, asking her *Do you speak English? , Do you understand?*I think it was so racists for the way he said it.Then I went to speak to him that he could be more polite to the costumer and he could to apologize for his service and he said, it was his personality talk too loudly and he told me I could ask to anyone in Yorkshire against his service. On my way out to my car I saw him speaking to another costumer like I was crazy, because he was laughing and enjoy what he has said. I only went over there to tell him he could be more polite and apologize to her, and he only wanted to open another arguing.
