good bp station clean forecourt, fast service and reliable, staff is freindly and fast i go to this station almost every day for fuel one of the best bp stations.

While I haven't seen any of the major issues other reviewers mention with the staff here, the pumps tend to be quite slow at delivering fuel, which gets annoying on a freezing cold night, and the staff seem disinterested when it's mentioned at the checkout.

where to start lazy, non speaking staff that don't help or understand you, have you waiting before switching the pump on like to advertise the price on the signage but the pump will be dearer. good luck getting served at time, they hide it the back, overpriced fuel avoid

Coffee tasted strange. Belgian bun def past its best

Toilet is as horrendous as any other BP toilet I've seen, it takes ages for the pump to get zero'd.

Bought Costa Coffee Monday Morning 23/11/20 from BP here 31 Shieldhall, Rd. It did taste funny gave me food Poisoning, made me Violently ill, I am Still Very Sick Can't Even Go to work, Contacted health Department and other Authorities . Never Again

Avoid this garage at all costs. Rude and lazy person serving likes to play games- having you wait for 5 minutes to switch on fuel, then cut it out after 1 litre, then gives verbal abuse over intercom and in shop. Then messes with the door release as you try to leave the shop. BP needs to seriously look at who they give their fuel franchise to.
