Fuel is well priced? What planet do you live on? BP garages are always 4p a litre more expensive than Tesco or Morrisons. The wee (and she is very wee) lassie that works there is well cute though and has a lovely smile.

I was dropping Hermes parcel.and getting petrol. The staff member Stuart was extremely helpful..You go in customer and leave as a friend..Thxs again..

too have had a bad experience using this BP garage to drop off a Hermes Parcel Shop. The older woman serving was rude when I dropped it off and made it clear it was an inconvenience. After 3 weeks, Amazon still have not received the parcel and Hermes have no knowledge of it. I returned to the BP Londis, Old Mearns Road to enquire about it and unluckily for me was confronted by the same sour faced old hag. She was not interested at all and claimed it was nothing to do with them. Having handed over my parcel to her and having proof of receipt then I would say that the interaction between BP as the parcel shop drop off and Hermes is her problem. But no way was she taking anything to do with it. I would avoid this place like the plague. The old witch has no idea about customer service and if she doesn't like her job then she should perhaps get another one rather than inflicting her nasty personality on the general public.

My Hermes parcels have gone 'missing' twice whenever I send them from this shop.
