I put 10 pound of fuel in a hire car but no fuel actually went in. I wasnt aware that no fuel went in until the next day. By which time they refused to believe me. Whether it was an accident or a scam, they didn't want to look into it.

Late night staff are friendly enough and the shop has a decent selection, but fuel is quite expensive compared to other petrol stations in the area.

My car was badly damaged on the garage forecourt . I complained to the duty manager, who could not care less. I called the garage two days later, was advised the manager would call to sort it out, heard nothing from them. Have since had to contact BP customer services. Don't go in there if you value your car, they will do nothing to help you, if your car is damaged due to their negligence. These people could not care less.

I’d like to thank all the staff in here who decided to lock the doors whilst me and my Dad were walking along Pollokshaws road and a scummy ned on your forecourt decided he wanted a square go with us when we were minding our own business. Then when we approached to get in every member of staff stood like statues and stared out the window like fish in a goldfish bowl. If it hadn’t been for a member of the public and the police showing up, who knows what would have happened. Hey, who knows If you’re lucky next time someone will get murdered near the pumps and you can close the shutters as well. Pluralistic ignorance at its best.

Customer service is not good most of the time. For some reason they have a problem with me using my app for points. I went today, filled up scanned my app asked to use my points and she said its not going to work and I can't do nothing about it, she was getting annoyed that I wanted to remove £2.60 from my fuel. she said She'll have to start all over again just a load of rubbish. Her name was Alma. Bp should have a better system for using points.

My partner and I live round the corner and have used the shop since before M and S took it over. Recently my partner was wrongly accused of going in when the red light was on. The member of staff was not only mistaken but very cheeky. My partner had waited patiently for 20 minutes, is well aware of the traffic light system and was fully compliant. It was a wrong ID on the security camera which can happen. But the appalling cheek was uncalled for. We don't go there any more. The coop is only ten minutes walk, it's a lot cheaper and staff there treat us with due respect, unlike M and S. The M and S shop sells firewood which is far too wet to burn. I tried it 3 times over a 2 year period and each time it was useless. I complained to M and M online and they sent me a voucher but didn't care that their shop was selling wet firewood. Summary: expensive shop, cheeky staff, wet firewood.

This garage is extremely expensive even for local shop standards - over £3 for a packet of Chocolate digestive biscuits. When I remarked this to the sales person she agreed saying she is surprised anyone buys anything from them. The worst thing however is the sheer unreliability of this petrol station, they seem to merely open when they feel like it and shut when they like. Often they are closed at peak time with doors locked and cones in forecourt - such as 6pm a few days back and then again at 8:30am a few mornings ago for no rhyme or reason they just closed. Unreliable. Expensive. Best avoided really.
