Not the fault of the garage but it can take over 15 mins to leave the place due to the timing of one set of traffic lights on the roundabout nearby. There may be a way round it but once you're in yeh queue you're stuffed. Perfect for those dashing for a flight

Handy but expensive compared to town

Used the car wash with my BMW X1. Took the rear window wiper clean off. Female staff member at the tills only question was: “Were you in between the two yellow lines?” Seriously, your machine almost destroyed my rear window, body work and wiper... A younger male staff member did come out and help me out, he was much nicer. I wouldn’t recommend using the wiper eating car wash.

Can be expensive!

Best place to fill up when returning your rental car to the airport. Prices were a little higher than other local garages though.

the station is in a good place and close to the highway. but when I ran on it to repair the wheel and it took more than 30 minutes while my wife was shopping with you. A week later I got a ticket to use a station parking space £100. Honestly, if you treat your customers this way, I advise against everyone using your services and your standards of customer service. Especially since you are close to the highway and provide 24/7 service and you should be more open for customers and good service. Apart a short BP information where I should call, all this ... from over 2 months no one has answered the given number and even replies to e-mails are evasive Terrible customer service!

Shop slow and busy. No social distancing, masks not worn. Forced to go in if you've already got petrol.

On 4/6/2020 I bought a phone charger on this station, unfortunately I lost the receipt that I need for my records. A few days later I went there asking for a copy. The cashier said to give him an email address and send me a copy. After two days, I still haven't received the email so I went again. The same cashier said he would send this time. Today is 8/9/2020 and so far I have not received a copy of the receipt.

Came in to wash my car, no signs how it works. Went to the counter, asked how does it work, got a not to a list of prices, 'is one of them'. So still no explanation, gone outside pressed 1 and parked in washing happened. Went in to pay, got a funny look and when I explained what just happened, I was blamed for not knowing. Customer service -1 out of 10.
