Very bad service at this station: the automatic car wash is half-broken frequently and the cashiers do not rush to help/fix it and refuse to refund the money. Same happened to me once already here with the car vacuum that was broken and the cashiers were refusing to reimburse coins that were inserted in the vacuum machine.

I have been refueling at this gas station for over a year now, since this gas station is on my way. All this time, it is impossible to pick up the gas nozzle at the hose, since it is always dirty with diesel fuel and your hands always stink unpleasantly after refueling. Moreover, the same problem at all gas pumps at this gas station, as well as at all gas stations BP in Cambridge. At the same time, the clamps on the filling tips do not work and you have to keep your hand all the time, which is extremely inconvenient. I refuel at various gas stations in many other European countries, including BP gas stations in Europe, but there is no such problem, fuel does not leak during refueling and does not get my hands dirty. Well, you can’t be so greedy as a power supply, sometimes you need to maintain equipment and, if necessary, change it to a new one.To my question, where can I wash my hands with soap after refueling with diesel fuel, the employee replied that there was simply nowhere to do this. Just some kind of stone age!

Doesn't even deserve one star. What an awful station. The pump ran out of fuel and upon telling the cashier about this he insisted that we must leave and go somewhere else!! Also not allowing us to pay for the 96p worth of fuel we did manage to get. Extremely rude and a pathetic excuse for customer service.

I picked a sandwich and coke for lunch and only realised that I had been over charged when I was too far to return. I hope it was not deliberate.

They decided to close the shop without any advertisement to the customers. There are no signs anywhere. They made me stood outside 15m in the cold to tell me the shop was shut. Thought Londis was going to make the shop better

The new layout is awful. I've used this petrol station for many years, but they've now blocked off the old exit door,. I struggle on crutches, so it's now just too far from pumps, through shop, to tills and back. Instead of increasing their sales, its now too difficult for me and I am going elsewhere. Such a shame.
