I stopped at this location after my phone died on route to Exeter to go to my nans funeral (despite being on charge) I asked the lady where the nearest services were so I could charge my phone and the lady said she could charge it for a little bit at the store! I bought all new cables and car chargers so that it didn't occur again bit thank you so much for helping a lost soul in an area I was unfamiliar with. Thank you

What shocking staff they have here. Three occasions now I've come to the store and today the 09/02/21 at 21:28 they still can't put my points on my card. No masks. Subway is fine just the counter staff have no clue at all. Last time I come to BP unless I have to for fuel and pass on the word. Shocking service!

Use this place as a truck driver 2-3 times a week. Being refused the use of the toilets at night by staff after spending money in there is unacceptable. Always the same 2 members of staff too, they lock the toilets early and make them unavailable for customers. No reason to go back if not for the use of toilets.
