Would just like to write my complaint about the petrol station in upper beeding ... last year on my 21st I went to buy tobacco and they asked me for my ID which I have no problem with but then I’m aggressively shouted at being told that’s not me that’s not me ! Within 5 minutes my boyfriend came in and as he is friendly with the workers there they quickly apologised and gave me the tobacco ... now this morning AGAIN I go in on my own to get some bits and a lighter and once again refused and told I look nothing like the picture which is ridiculous! And shouted at as if I’m doing something wrong ! I’ve never felt so disrespected and never had seen such bad customer service ... especially as they are always lovely to my partner !

So rude. Just asked a question about a product about to say thank you and he had already hung up on me. Disgusted. Doesnt hurt to be polite. Wish the people working there before still worked there, they were better

Times can vary now under new ownership. Be careful which pump you go to - I've witnessed then 'clocking' even though the head is only lifted off the pump - trigger not pulled. Approx 1p in every £1 you won't get fuel for. Doesn't sound much to you or me but adds up for the business.

Pricey but convenient if your in the area.

Nice to have a fuel and shop locally. Friendly people. Shop is neat and nice.
