Boutique Spa Fitzrovia

I am a client at the Fitzrovia branch and I am really happy with their services. The place is upscale and modern, the staff is really friendly, helpful and professional, and they have amazing deals and great value prices. Is not your usual see through from the street, chemical smelling salon, but rather a welcoming, warm and relaxed atmosphere with an entrance that would rather send your mind to a 5* hotel spa. I am undergoing my laser hair removal there, and so far it's been a great experience - no pain and no discomfort whatsoever. I referred my best friend there too so I definitely recommend the salon to anyone.

I visited Boutique Spa recently to have CoolSculpting done on my flanks.The technicians are very knowledgable and well-trained.I felt very comfortable with the assessment and the whole process was very supportive and professional.We decided to go with the ‘petite’ applicator and each side received a single-cycle length treatment (for a total of 35 minutes on each side). I felt minimal discomfort during the whole procedure,slight suction and numbing feeling but no real pain.Post treatment massage really helped and the temporary redness and swelling subsided on its own in a few hours.There was no lingering or tingling nerve pain. I have already started seeing noticeable difference and am very satisfied with the results.It’s a great alternative to liposuction or any other invasive procedure.The staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable.Overall,a very pleasant experience.Highly recommend!

I can understand why this place has such high ratings. The staff are so friendly and professional and they provide a great service. Have seen hair loss results after the first session but have 4 it's been pretty good. I'm happy!

I went to get my teeth whitened - my mum bought the whitening and take home trays for my birthday. The receptionist was friendly and the lady doing my teeth was nice too unfortunately I didn't see any difference in colour. I am aware that all teeth come up differently - unfortunately I don't think mine were discoloured enough to change the pale yellow tint. I didn't feel any pain or have any reaction to any products. I got two plastic trays to take home and put in hot water to mould yourself and one syringe of whitening gel. The spa was amazing at handling my complaint, they were very quick and efficient when I expressed my dissatisfaction. I would come here again to try other treatments after the customer service I received. It was lovely that they care so much about their client's experience and feedback. Overall, I am very happy with the professional service I received from Fitzrovia Boutique Spa.

Good deals come with shockingly poor customer service beginning from their front desk to the aestheticians. Staff is rude, not flexible or accommodating. I've been supporting this business during the pandemic and referred a number of friends but all commented on embarrassing customer service.

Boutique Spa is fabulous I highly recommend!! It’s very clean and the reception staff are really friendly and helpful with any questions I’ve had. I’ve been getting laser hair removal and can already see a reduction in hair growth after 3 sessions. I’ll be signing up for more sessions and the zoom teeth whitening too as I think this salon is great and amazing for money!

Boutique Spa offers a great range of services at a very good price. Staff is friendly and professional and appointments always run on time. They’re open 7 days a week so it’s easier to find a time that best suits you. I only had laser hair removal (In different areas) so far but looking forward to try other services in the new year. I totally recommend this salon!

I've been there for a two hours massage, which was very relaxing and intense. The staff were very friendly and professional, easy to book appointments. Great location, competitive prices, really great value. Looking forward to coming back soon!

The salon is very nice and the staff there are very welcoming. Always feel great after every visit. Each appointment (full leg/ underarms / bikini ) is extremely quick and efficient, less than 30 minutes as there are 2 therapists each working on a separate area.

This place is really nice! The staff were very welcoming and there were three members of staff at reception so I didn't have to wait to be greeted. I was seen promptly and the therapist Jennifer was so lovely! I will be booking another course of sessions here.
