Bournemouth West Cliff Hotel – Bournemouth

Just stayed at the hotel for three nights and loved my stay here. The staff are honestly amazing and so friendly. Such a great atmosphere and they are super helpful. The spa was fab!! This was used on all of the days of our stay. I had a massage and it was one of the best I have ever had!! The breakfast was lovely and really fast! House keeping was done on each day of our stay. The rooms were clean but only downside was that there were huge rips on the curtains and the mattress was a killer on my back. The rooms could do with updating. We also had about 6 bags altogether and we were on the top floor, the side of the hotel we were on had no lift and it was a killer taking our bags up and down. Overall a wonderful stay and I will definitely be going back next year.

Super staff, nothing was too much trouble. Clean rooms. Treatments at the spa were described by our party of 10 as the best they’d ever had, and between us we’ve had some treatments!! Food was delicious and served with a smile. As a party of 10 ladies our servers partook in the banter and generally made meal times fun and relaxed. We all want to return in the near future

Really likes the hotel. Well situated and great facilities but have to say the best bit was the staff as they were super friendly and accommodating for my family and our 1 year out. Special shout out to Agatha. Would happily stay again

Beautiful clean & modern hotel. Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds with everything you needed. Lovely swimming pool, gym & spa. Bar & restaurant very nice too, breakfast full English lots of choice, food was lovely & quickly served & help yourself to lots of others delicious breakfast things. The staff were all very friendly & helpful, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here & would highly recommend staying here 😊

Nice Hotel but no air conditioning, please fit aircon! My room was very hot and fan helps but the windows only open to a small amount. Food very good and staff very friendly and helpful. Location good as back from the beach noise etc. Just need a bit of decorating and upgrade to hall and rooms and really another lift as there is only one and gets busy! Overall a nice stay but little sleep as too hot!
