Bourbon edinburgh

Had an absolutely horrible experience. Never going here again. I was sober, and I was swaying because I was wearing heels and my feet hurt. He wouldn’t let me in because “I needed to sober up” but I hadn’t even had a drink. Went back again 30 minutes later, and he still wouldn’t let me in, because “I needed to sober up”. It’s understandable that they have policies to uphold but I was completely alright and the bouncer wouldn’t take my word.

Definetly my worst experience in Edinburgh. I've been living here for a few years and every time my friends convinced me to go it was very bad. Rude staff and very rude bouncers. They completely forget you are a costumer and they treated you so bad. I am definitely not recommending this place to a friend and I will never go back since there are so may nice places in Edinburgh.

Great experience.Music was brilliant! One of the best nights out iv had in Edinburgh. Well worth a visit!

prices pretty good, went on a hip-hop night so music was definitely enjoyed - quite busy

Had a incident with a colleague getting spiked, and the team at “Bourbon” were fast in getting them carried out and getting a ambulance called. While waiting they were fast in taking the basic first aid step I.e. recovery position and etc. They even called a taxi to get myself to A&E. could not of asked for a better grasp of a terrible situation by there team can’t thank them enough.

Not even worth the one star, but had to use otherwise cldnt post review. Be very wary anyone going to this nightclub. My son had his drink spiked on Tuesday night, absolutely disgusted by the way the bouncers and staff treated my son and his partner. They deemed him as drunk....basically couldn't care less. More training required for all nightclub/pub workers.

Favourite club in edinburgh by far! Bouncers were very friendly and helpful and the staff behind the bar were very quick with serving drinks so never had to wait too long for bev. Tunes are always great and is overall a great atmosphere :))

I booked a table at Bourbon on Saturday for their Halloween Special and we had a great night. Good atmosphere and good music, staff seemed friendly also.
