Staff in library is so slow and sooo rude. Horrible experience

This bloody library is horrible. There are kids running around playing tag, acting like its some sort of playground, honestly if someone wants to sit there and study.THEY CANT. School kids sit there after school with a bag of mc donalds(dont know why they do that, the mc donalds nearby has a seating area for a reason) they certainly dont do their homework. One day i was sitting in 'the study area' and these kids started shouting and swearing at eachother, GOD BLESS THE FUTURE GENERATION. You would think that the first time you go, the staff would do something about it but they act exactly like the school kids too. THE PERFECT WAY TO SORT THIS SITUATION OUT IS TO TALK TO THE USUAL PUBLIC WHO COME TO THE LIBABRY ONE DAY. GIVE A SPEECH SIT EVERYONE DOWN JUST FOR 10MINUTES BECAUSE, AS A COMMON ATTENDEE THATS WHERE THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM LIES. Take uxbridge library as an example of a perfect library, how do they do it? I think the staff are probally not paid enough, or are not qualified.IT shows in their lack of motivation, Especially when they shout '15 mins the library closing' god sake that pisses me off. mans just doing his quadratic equations and out of nowhere this librarian with a menial job just shouts at you like some sort of infected disease. Its not a bloody exam. i hope my library experience improves in the future. id love to contribute in its furthur improvements.

Receptionist is rude and inattentive. Second floor is loud and disruptive. If you value your work and seek concentration, this is not the place to do it.

It's a terrible place to study.Upstairs was supposed to quiet area but , seems like it's a fast food restaurant where people bought burgers , chips and start gossiping and yelling. I made a complain to librarian but she suggest me to go other library which is completely unacceptable.

It's a shame because they have a good facility. But the staff are horrendous they are rude rude rude ... very very slowly and I've never been to a public library where they don't want to help and make things difficult for you to be in there. Absolute disgrace. This isn't a one off experience of this either. They all need sacking!

Nice library for kids

I HAVE BEEN THERE, THERE'S SO MANY HELPFUL BOOK AND NOT ONLY THAT THERE MORE FUN NON FICTIONAL AND FICTONLAL BOOK AS WELL BUT THE GREAT THINGS ABOUT IT EVER SUMMER THEYHAVE READING COMPETITIONS AND FUN TIMES THERE ALSO A SWIMMING POOL TO TRAIN HOW TO SWIM AS

Excellent staff and provide great service. My local library where I usually visit for books and study.

Excellent. Staff were courteous and supportive. This includes the person controlling entry and at the reception desk. Pleasure to visit this place.
