Fun! Loved all the local sea life displayed at this aquarium. My school aged child loved it even though we live close to many nice aquariums in Southern California. That says a lot about the Bristol aquarium!A nice staff member gave us a little info as we were looking at the eel too. Thank you

Love coming here for coffee, the staff are always really friendly and make you feel welcome. Food is always excellent and if you do have any issues, it's never a problem getting it sorted. Not having disposalble take away coffee cups can seem like a faff, but it's really nice to see a business put their environmental impact over their profits.

Very small shop. After I've bought my breakfast, I decided to go on the 1st floor to find a space for myself. Stuff didn't inform me that it's not enough space for myself and I needed to wait for my breakfast on the ground floor and hold the number with my order. There was only 1 person ahead in the queue, but I needed to wait 20 minutes for my breakfast. When I asked for my order, the person from stuff said "our chef is taking right now eggs for your breakfast!". I paid £8,7 for eggs, 2 toasts, small smoked salmon and avocado. It was good, but the only thing which they could mess up with were eggs. Toasts? You are taking our from the machine. Salmon? Take off from the fridge. Avocado? Just cut it. Definitely not worth that money + stuff wasn't helpful with saying anything about long wait to serve me my order + no one tell me that there is not enough space for myself and I will need to stand to wait for my order.

I visited this cafe with my aunt back in August 2019. It was my first time in the area and I just loved it. It was an amazing atmosphere, a modern meets classical vibe that I have never experienced anywhere else. As well as the breakfast having a wide range of delicious options! Look forward to coming back soon.

Great food and atmosphere. Absolutely loved the pancakes. Only down side is the window seating upstairs is insanely close together making it impossible to squeeze into a seat between people. Accidentally elbowed someone, trying.

I went here for breakfast with my partner. We were both keen on getting some pancakes and generally having a nice late breakfast. Despite the fact that they were advertising Veganuary they insisted on charging extra in order to swap the bacon for banana. Not only is this contradictory but is absurd from a cost perspective, despite what their policy might be. When the pancakes arrived they were completely burnt and the side of hash browns were anything but. They were completely soggy and very over priced. I’ve had nice meal at Boston tea party before but that was 10 years ago. It seems that they have decided to fully embrace their chain status and cut all the corners they can.

They don’t do single use stuff which is awesome ! However I got a new reusable cup and had my latte in it. They didn’t clean the cup out before filling it and it made the drink taste off. But stuff happens and this place is definitely worth a visit.
