It was satisfactory given the price. The service was great and staff really accommodate to my needs, which was great. The only negative would be that the room could be a bit cleaner - there a hair pin on the sill when I arrived and the headboards were a little dirty. The sheets were okay though - clean enough.

Room was clean and small very convenient. However it is a family run business and the owner can get extremely rude and verbally aggressive to costumers. Be vigilant of family owned hotels, because in my case, police had to get be involved as they kicked me out and verbally refused to let me entry to my belongings for something so small.

Good value hotel, polite and friendly staff, good breakfast. The room was modern however there was a faint smell of "wet dog" to the room and while the bedding was clean I'm not sure the carpet was. Mattress was also exceptionally firm.

Nice sized room, an adequate breakfast and parking was included. This hotel was fine, no frills, comfortable bed. Room smelled of smoke which was unfortunate. Pretty clean, though there were some pistachio nut shells behind the sink in the bathroom (which made me laugh to be honest). However, we were locked out and had to book a room last minute via OYO, which isn't necessarily a fair reflection of this hotel. Do not use OYO to book because it caused us a very long wait at the hotel due to a dispute between reception there and OYO themselves regarding the booking cost (apparently OYO are a third party which we didn't know at the time, and they had given us a discount which the hotel had not approved), this left us standing in the hotel lobby for around half an hour at 03:30am with neither party taking responsibility and us not being shown to a room. This was extremely frustrating and made a bad situation worse. I would strongly advise the hotel not to use a third party booking platform if terms cannot be agreed, as it was very much to the detriment of their customers. We should have been shown to our room and the dispute taken care of away from us. In that respect, customer service could be greatly improved.
