Amazing store and staff. Second largest store in the country and the flagship for the North meaning they stock some of the most exclusive products and are able to call anything in from any other stores with in the UK. their private events are great and the private customers on their data base get fabulous offers. Ask for Hamza when you go in and the guys knows all the products in there and will look after you.

I bought a jecket from Trafford centre.and I didn't like that.i went for exchange to the same stor.they agreed but there is not the model which I like.they recomend this shop.i went there.and the manager was rude. He doesn't let me exchange. And it jacket is 258 pounds. I we By from chester. I waist my fuels.and time .

All of the staff were very helpful...especially a lovely man called Mo who went out of his way to assist and help pick the right item.

Great store, good quality clothes at affordable prices for every day wear and in particular work wear. The customer service is very good/attentive. Shame the women’s section has been reduced so much!
