BOSS Menswear Store glasgow

Friendly and helpful, particularly on weekdays. On a Saturday this shop can get very busy and it’s not so easy to see what you want, but pop in on a weekday and it is a lot better and they actually have more stock than it first appears.

I was expecting a larger selection. I have visited a small Boss store in the airport and then when I went to the store I couldn't find the items I saw in the airport. Also I had to be handed over to 3 different salesmen before someone knew if the item I was looking for was in stock or not. I expected somewhat better for such an upscale brand.

As you would expect, altho the prices could be better. Could do with more lines targeted to us older chaps

Staff obnoxious, unhelpful, arrogant and clueless. Shame as they have a decent range, would rather order online.....a more pleasant experience!!!

Great shop with very helpful staff.

Initially my partner had a great experience. However, arrived to pick up his suit when told it would be ready. If it hadn't alarmed when I left the shop the suit would have still had the pins in it as it hadn't been altered, so it wasn't ready. Everyone was really apologetic, and they sent it off to be altered. I was informed it would take a couple of hours. 4 hours later it still wasn't ready. So a gentleman offered to have it dropped off first thing the next morning. Didn't arrive, when we called no one knew anything about it. Zero stars for communication, 1 star for customer service.

I went to Hugo Boss Buchanan Street two days ago having bought items in their Ingram street branch. I had purchased a 38 inch jacket in Ingram Street. The salesman in Buchanan street store encouraged me to try on a 36 inch jacket which was a better fit. He then sold me 3 jackets that were 36 inches and said I can bring back the 38 inch jacket and he would give me a refund. Two days later I went to collect other stuff I purachsed that was being tailored and get a refund for the 38 inch jacket. Did they keep their promise? Promises were not kept in my case. No! Instead awful customer service! No concern for a loyal customer that has been shopping at Hugo Boss for years! All they are after is sales targets and immediate sales.

Not bad.. But expensive.. It look like gold price.. Clothes.?!? 😳

Good selection great service...Bossed it.

Could spend 5K in here in 5 minutes, great gear and good friendly service. Would have gave 5 stars if they hadn't asked for the 20pence for the bag which I found quite insulting considering I just spent over 600 quid.
