Plenty of choice, reasonably priced. Toilet big enough to accommodated double pushchair and a separate feeding/changing area. Toilet is usually a bit grim though, needs a wipe before touching anything and the smell is not nice.

Went and spoke to the wonderful ladies on the makeup counters. Ended up having a consultation with Denise on the no7. Counter. She was fantastic at helping recommend products for my mum (who hadn't bought make up in several years). Very kind and knowledgable. She wore all the products when went out to dinner later and looked great! Thank you Denise for helping her feel comfortable and confident enough to do so.

Large well stocked store with a pharmacy. We were able to get a prescription faxed from Scotland for forgotten pills. Small charge for this (under £10).

Today I went into the in store Pharmacy and spoke to Teresa, a trainee pharmacist. She was so lovely and helpful, regarding my problem. She made me feel comfortable and was very kind. It has been a long time since I received customer service like this.
