Boots pharmacy on cheethamhill road Manchester , m8 0DA Terrible service from them, all staff is rude and racist, i was in this pharmacy today at 10 o’clock this morning, unfortunately my dr sent a prescription to them which was really urgent for me to pickup, spent 10 minutes standing on the window to ask a rude pharmacist to check if there is any prescription for me, she simply ignored and all the other staff was just roaming around taking tea and posing busy. Many other asian girls were standing their with little kids waiting to be served, suddenly an English man entered and the staff served him in minutes. After this i spoke loudly that “excuse me if anyone from you can tell me that if my prescription is ready to pickup cause i am standing here from previous 20 minutes” than they realise that all people standing needs to be served and they comes to me to ask details to find-out prescription in the system, after 5 minutes they responded “sorry your prescription isn’t came here “ so altogether more than 30 minutes wasted cause of their lack of interest in customer service and their so called business. Boots should change all of these rude pharmacist from here or close this branch if they cannot serve people with dignity and responsibility. Really would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for urgent medications. Check their google reviews as well to see the problem in this area

I wouldn’t even give this place a one star. I have been here a number of times now and every time have been stood by the window waiting to be acknowledged while at least 4 members of staff continue with their conversations completely ignoring customers. Understandably they may be busy at times but a simple gesture would reassure the waiting customer. I wouldn’t normally write reviews however felt this was necessary. I would not choose to visit here again.

The worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Their process is so slow compared with how many items they dispense per month, it is actually impressive how slow they can be. Unbelievable.
