this boots is a joke. ther is always something missing. they didn't accept a voucher and there is a small choice of everything

well sign posted, but could do with up dating.

Good friendly staff

the staff are good. I gave 3 stars because. the building have pest infestation for example pigeon. you have to go thorough pigeon poo in front and the side of the building. they should do something about it or call the local council pest control department. I always get my medicine from there. and the staff are always good. I thought I will share this problem.

Click & Collect Order: Fine, good offers on. Delivery Time - to store: Perfect. Attitude of female staff member when collecting said items: Made crude, sexist remarks, hence the deduction of three stars. Will go to Greenford Westway from now on, where I normally shop.

In these uncertain times, the staff here are amazing. Despite having shorter opening hours, their workloads is probably tenfold than what it normally is. Still the staff are friendly and DOI their job as professionally as is possible. I went in to buy paracetamol and they only charged me 80 pence. At least they're not taking advantage of the crisis like others I won't mention. They, like the NHS deserve massive credit
