Terrible service, never complete prescriptions, always something missing. We changed to Chimsons in Ruislip Manor over a year ago and still get automated phone calls saying your prescription is ready for collection at Boots whitby road.Front line staff always great but chemists change often and seem to not care because its a big company, not theirs.
