Great staff

I got an NHS penalty £50+ for a prescription that I recall clearly paying £8 for on a regular basis. This has dragged on due to not being able to see the manager of boots and explain as well as the NHS phone line not wanted to discuss stuff with Boots directly. I was not given any apologies for the mistake the pharmacist has done or for the hassle it's been going back and forth with a penalty letter and a bank statement showing that I had paid. This was absolutely nightmare and I got too stressed and annoyed at both systems. Zero apologies during and after it was finally resolved by me sending the bank statement to NHS to get them to stop chasing me for the money. Not heard from boots or the pharmacist about this since. Appalling service really if they are that careless with customers and don't acknowledge their mistakes that cause further stress.

This used to be a great pharmacy but now its insanely slow, having physical limitations it's actually quicker and less stressful to walk to and from the Dr's and then go back a day or two later and pick it up myself,

The staff are attentive and professional x love the paper carrier bags x

Really handy but wait ages most of the time, or medication isn't in stock. Staff are really nice friendly though.

They do not even sell staples like cleaning alcohol. Isopropyl alcohol is a must have for chemist's.
