5/ 5

The entire team at Boots are friendly, helpful, and dedicated to both their shop and customers. Both the pharmacists and counter staff are knowledgeable and frequently go above and beyond to assure and satisfy, regularly recalling prescription histories, health issues, and being truly invested in the welfare of patients and residents of Greasby. "All the staff there are wonderful, all of them." - My mum, following a welfare call by the pharmacist after noticing a change in medication when my mum broke her hip and had an emergency replacement. Hard to disagree.
