Asked for the pharmacist to help me with getting medication for a UTI, was told to go to the doctors

Asked for the pharmacist to help me with getting medication for a UTI, was told to go to the doctors even though it was the doctors that has sent me to the pharmacist. They then said they can’t do anything for me if I feel unwell. I explained I just have the normal symptoms of a UTI. I was shrugged off and told they couldn’t do anything for me even though i was clearly in distress and in tears. It just seemed to me like they couldn’t be bothered to help. Will definitely go to a different pharmacy in future.
