Managed repeat prescription is NEVER ready on time and requires half a dozen phonecalls before it's finally dispensed, forcing me to go without essential medication for an entire weekend on more than one occasion. The staff are friendly and helpful which is the reason I didn't leave 0 stars but the buck is continually passed between the pharmacy and my GP's surgery - it's just a good job that I don't have a condition that presents an immediate threat to my life.

Staff are wonderful. Really helpful, go above and beyond for their customers. They help and advise on products and economical options which is much appreciated. Pharmacists are always there to help and advise also. This is the only pharmacy I will use!
