It is not a first time my prescription wasn't repeated on time, despite I signed up for repeated prescriptions and always remind them about it when collecting my meds. If I phone and say I have 10 tablets left they tell me I phoned too quickly, but when I phone and say I have 2 tablets left they say I should have phoned earlier on, never mind the medication had to be ready for me to collect every 4 weeks and it's been longer than that and still no meds ready. Every staff member tells you something different. One young girl that works there is always helpful and kind, but some of the staff members can be very rude once you point their fault to them that puts ill people at risk, which happened several times to me and left me with no medication being ready on time unless I chased it up myself...
