I am afraid I am with the other dog owners. I suffer from chronic back pain and as walking can aggravate my condition i try to kill 2 birds with one stone and walk my dog at the same time as doing things like collecting prescriptions. I was again told off yesterday for carrying our small dog in while dropping off my prescription. I really cannot see the harm if you are carrying your dog. The person behind the counter said it was because of allergy sufferers, as an immunologist i am not sure if this holds much water to be frank.

In urgent need of remedial customer service training. My mother is in the advanced stages of her motor neurone disease and she has a small mini dachshund, who I cannot leave at home with her due to her barking when nurses and doctors come. I went to this store and called them to explain I had the small dog and could not leave her (lots of drugs addicts hang around here unsurprisingly) outside. I did get my medication, but that was followed up with a wagging finger and lecture about this being a "one off" and that I should not bother bringing the dog next time. I didn't even finish explaining the circumstances of why I had to bring the dog before the staff member turned her back, uttering "fair enough".

Been using this branch for a couple of years now. 90% of the time they have been great. I won't bore you with the 10% details, too many moans in the world, too easy to complain rather than commend. Keep up the good work.

I had a good experience with this pharmacy for about a year. They had a wider range of stock than other local pharmacies BUT... This place has gone downhill fast in the last couple of months. They have repeatedly made mistakes on my repeat prescription and it's always everyone's fault but theirs. I did some digging and things they told me my Doctor was saying were far from a fair representation of the truth. On top of that, they would make absurd claims like "you've never ordered that" when I had, twice, from them. I had the stickered prescriptions to prove it. They do not even apologise when they make a mistake. Instead, they double down on finding ways to blame you. If you have vital medication you cannot miss, I strongly advise you go to a different pharmacy as they will frequently put your life at risk.

The staff here are professional, friendly and helpful. Shelves are always well stocked, and I never have to wait long for my prescription. I am reassured by the protective measures they have put in place to keep us all safe during this pandemic. Always helpful, always pleasant, great service - thanks folks, its much appreciated xx

Terrible service. Staff never actually willing to help and give you attitude if you ask a question or if they’re simply not in the mood. Orders take forever to arrive. They tell you 2 days and a week later you’re still waiting for it AND they are of no help when you try to figure out what happened. Would not recommend going there, waste of time and energy, and service is terrible !
