Never had a problem with boots st James street always polite. It’s the other boots on St. George’s road that are rude and incompetent never having medication ontime and missing out vital medication.

These people who work in Boots are literally the Salt of the Earth. From their security guard through all the staff and finishing with the pharmacist. When I walked in over a year ago, due to the fact that the Boots store on London Rd was closing for a complete rebuild and I need a weekly script, within 3 weeks the manager’ess there said that I walked into One Big Hug! -Need I say more.

Though small held everything I wanted staff are friendly felt very safe with the covid implementation they have

Very good and helpful service

It's only a small Boots so doesn't carry all the ranges but very handy for most bits & excellent chemist which is closed between 2 & 3pm for lunch

Never have to wait friendly staff Top marks
