Boots Opticians manchester

Very nice, polite caring staff.been taking my son for few years now always left happy.

I've just had my eyes tested at Boots in Chorlton as I urgently needed an eye test and it was the only reputable shop (IMO) in Chorlton as I didn't want to go to the independent shops and wanted to stay local. Overall, I found the experience to be good and the staff are friendly and efficient. The only reason I havent given 5 stars is I believe the prices aren't competitive enough when compared to other high street opticians. However, I wasn't under any pressure to purchase glasses as the issue with my sight is very minor. I thought this was very honest of the staff to explain this and to not push me into a purchase. Thanks Boots.

Very friendly staff. Convenient location. My father has been a regular for over a few years and he's had no problems. Glasses selection are slightly limited, but you're not obliged to purchase your glasses from them. If you have your prescription you can take it elsewhere.

Excellent service from the optician Rich - he took the time to resolve a complicated contact lens issue for me that wasn't straight forward.. Highly professional would definitely recommend his services. Thank you

Really terrible experience. They kept getting my lenses prescription wrong, they had to re-order my glasses lenses several times and I was seen be 3 different opticians and they still couldn't get it right. Plus the male optician was exceptionally obnoxious and rude. Given up and going to a new opticians now.

I'm calling and calling and calling but none answering, I need contact lenses 4 months now, many times they did mistake with my lenses, I had enough.

Great optician very friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend enough.
