Have been trying to call for an appointment for days now but phone just rings out. My eye exam n contact lens review is now overdue and I haven't had my reminder letter yet! Just as well I remembered myself. Disappointed because they are normally on the ball and provide a good service. Will keep trying for a couple more days, but if no response will go somewhere else.
Got my prescription from Specsavers round the corner as the appointment times suited me better. The selection and service was much better in this shop (Boots). The girls out the front really really knew their stuff and I felt absolutely assured in the advice they offered on lenses options. Carly was particularly helpful in terms of advice and both the girls were brilliant with my four year old son while I tried on specs. Never been so impressed with an opticians hence the review.
Had my annual eye test yesterday. The care and attention I received was exceptional, caring and very professional. Thank you so very much to the staff who looked after me. See you again next year. Take care and stay safe.
