Staff are all welcoming and understanding, not too much space in there. I had to go multiple times to complete my contact lenses test because once they didn't bring the correct lenses in, another time the staff just dropped them on the floor and 're scheduled and finnaly another staff dropped them but just told them to put them back in my eyes. I hope this was a rare occurrence that happened to just me
