I had a very specific problem that was dealt with with extreme professionalism. I live 4 hours away from my Mum, who with her dementia was reluctant to have her eyes checked, mainly because she was worried about having to change her frames which my father chose for her before he died 18 months ago. On our first visit when I was in Brighton, David helped me locate the now discontinued frames online and then went on to take great care of Mum when she went for her eye test. He also contacted me to let me know the results (important when you can't trust Mums memory to report things accurately). Her new glasses are now ready and he has engendered a great feeling of trust in Mum so I feel confident that she has somewhere to go if she has any problems. It is not the cheapest place to get glasses but with such care taken it is definately worth it. So,thank you so much to you David and the rest of the staff at Boots Optitions,London road ,Brighton.

My eyesight is very important to me. Thank you Pritti and Ben for providing me with top class care of my peepers. Ben patiently provided me with expert advice on style and fit. We had fun while choosing my frame. I highly recommend this branch! Happy new year! 🎇

was a bit apprehensive, hadn't had a test in a dozen years (which had been a bit clinical), but I thoroughly enjoyed it! Warm and welcoming, and every step of the way was explained and, funnily enough, made quite interesting. I knew one eye was weaker than the other, but hadn't really thought of the implications, and although I don't really need specs, I do need reading glasses suited to my prescription, and I was only too pleased to order some.

From the moment you are greeted at the door for your eye test appointment you feel your visit to the opticians has been planned meticulously from a customer services perspective. All team members spoken to in the store were very courteous and had a professional manner. The specialists, Pritti the Optometrist and David the Manager, were exceptional in their ability to make you feel comfortable, well informed and completely satisfied with your visit and always welcome at any time you need to discuss your eye care needs.
