Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Customer service is totally non existent. Don't they know that customers make pay days possible. No wonder it's gone down the drain. If you need pharmacy services, go anywhere else as there might actually be someone around to serve you.

Used the pharmacy service yesterday, and met with 2 ladies with a dreadful attitude. Both extremely surely and unhelpful. Won’t be bothering again, much nicer people at Tesco up the road.

No stars for service Walked into boots, there were no other customers in the store. I noticed a slim male with died black hair and narrow eye brows talking to a middle aged lady behind a till on the cosmetics section - I asked for help with trying to locate a product. He said they likely didnt have it and carried on talking to his workmate, never bothering to assist. Eventually I located the product - I did consider walking out, but wanted the product. I made a complaint about this - but Boots never responded.
