I popped in to Boots to see what perfume deals were on offer and I had no idea what I wanted, the young lady on the fragrance counter was fab, she didn't rush me at all and must have tested roughly 30 perfumes with me and explained all if the offers and deals. Great customer service and a great range of products.

Always friendly in THERE but can take time waiting for your scripts and meds.

Visited this store today, i have never experienced such amazing, professional customer service from Ane (taken from my receipt) she could not do enough, we presented the problems we were having trouble trying to buy Christmas presents with vounchers we had saved up for all year. Within minutes we had purchased the products we wanted, she looked into all offers, discounts available, i would definitely visit this store again. We are all fast to complain.

Lady/pharmacist on shift on 7 december around 13 45 was the rudest person. Walked in she did not even take a 2nd to acknowledge me. Asked her a simple question and she did not make no eye contact when she answered. No customer service or whatsoever.

Went to collect my regular prescription, not always available, but change that to 4 star because staff are amazing

Pharmacy people at boots are very helpful. I like their staff. I guess their recruiter is doing an amazing job

Don't bother going in there. Don't know why it's so hard for this store to offer packs of disposable face masks (I've tried all year). Just go to the Sainsburys across the road. It's cheaper and has a bigger selection.

The choice of items was minimal, apart from that the shop is good will be using it again

To be honest, despite the size of this store there could have been a greater range of makeup. I had gone especially to purchase Elf foundation which is found at Boots in Altrincham (highly recommended.) They didn't stock it. Perhaps this branch could memo Head Office. I did buy a favourite with an extremely limited shade stock (choice of two or three!) by a favourite 2000. Hopefully it isn't too dark for my complexion. So well priced though as it's 34 ml I think with an extremely high SPF. I'm not deducting points, however; as an impulse buy I found a beautiful necklace with matching earrings. Sale price £5 instead of £12.50. The extremely friendly, lovely lady on the till said what a bargain.

Store manager Ms G was very helpful. Helped me and my wife to order through online order from the till. The product we were looking for in-store was twice as costly as buying online! After sort that out she mentioned, 'you can collect your product on Tuesday (today is Saturday). I asked her if she can give those products now? (as products were more than available in her store while we were there) rather than I need to come back again after 2 days? She said 'Sorry!' Fair enough. Me and my wife left the premises. But within 15/20 minutes I received a text which stating, our products are available in Boots and we can collect it from the store now! I turned my car back to the Boots again. Luckily got Ms G again. She gave me the parcel with a smile. 4 stars for her smile and service and 1 Star taken off as she could make my shopping experience bit more easier as a manager. Recommended: YES.
