Used to be a good store, now its dirty looking and the items are never on the shelves, the women there also are very lazy and not bothered about customers.

Dont know what it is with the Boots in sandown but they are all slow, never see any staff when you want them, can never find anything, and waited over 30 minutes to pick up a prescription

Online deals are amazing here with pampers, so if we keep an eye for periodic deals, it will save a good money.

The pharmacy staff - a tall man- was extremely rude to me today. Shouting at me from across the store while all the pharmacy workers just stared at me instead of maybe one of them coming over and doing their job to see what I wanted. All I asked was if the till was open and he went awol telling me can’t I see they’re busy etc. I walked out and went to Superdrug instead and got what I needed from happier staff. 0/10 will never recommend. I submit a complaint to boots about him too so have a great meeting & try not to shout at your boss.

Absolutely poor service, booked two flu jabs for today. Pharmacist calls in sick, happens I understand. They get a locum pharmacist who can't administer the jabs fine but then don't even get a call to say don't come to the appointment as we can't do it, and yet received 8 texts and 4 emails between us confirming the appointment. Turn up get told all of this and told 'we didn't have your details to contact you' waste of a trip and they can't even refund the cost of the flu jab as no Manager in. Shoddy service don't bother booking your flu jabs in this branch. Update: was told by the instore team and locum pharmacist that a manager would call the next day and no call received, clearly shows a complete lack of care towards customers and those coming in for clinical services. Definitely AVOID THIS BRANCH!!
