Lady on tills was so helpful. Even some people reject help she helped me. Some people in the same store should learn from her customer service. Pharmacy is good too. Helpful people.

I really don't care much about crowded places stock not laid out in proper space to look at things but I think sometimes so is the case in Boots sometimes really but every counter has the most customer service oriented staff that's what changes it all

Staff working there is very helpful and understanding. They easily understand what you need... Very informative indeed. I only had one issue with the store is that whatever they have to offer online can not be available at store. Whatever I thought I could find at the store because I already planned out what to buy through online help... Went to the store and couldn't find half of the stuff. But anyway... It's value for your money. Great stuff with great prices.

Local boots, busy but with experienced staff which is ready to help you with any enquiries you'll have. Staff always polite and very professional.

Today I went in to purchase vitamin tablets. I advised the Cashier that I wanted to use my Boots Points Card as I had £12.00 worth if points to purchase the vitamins whereby I was refused! I was absolutely disgusted!

I love go to Boots, because always I find what I look for and the staff are very kind.

Had my first eye test recently in the UK at Boots Hounslow High Street branch. Have received an excellent service from the Opticians staff there from the time I arrived through sight test and fitting the glasses. It was good to see COVID precautions being taken seriously. The only downside for me is the price of the specs… but quality clearly comes at a price…
